Our Process
As a full-service stone company, we are here to guide you every step of the way. No matter the size of project, from small remodels to large productions, we utilize cutting edge technology, our expert team, and excellent customer service to provide a quality end result every time.
01. Consultation
During the initial consultation, your Stone Experts project manager will help guide you through the process of picking out the right material and design to bring your vision to life.
02. Measurement
Within 1-2 days of the consultation, a Stone Experts design representative will visit the discussed space to take the necessary measurements and provide a free estimate of the total project.
03. Design
Once the estimate is approved, you will meet with your designated Stone Experts Project Manager to finalize the project specifications, sign the contract, and place your order.
Please note that before we can move forward with fabrication and installation, we require a 50% deposit based on the estimated price.
04. Fabrication
The Stone Experts ordering process prioritizes quality and speed. Once the order is placed and sent to production, your installation will be scheduled within 10 business days.
05. Installation
On the scheduled installation day, our install experts work swiftly and tediously to ensure the project takes approximately 2-3 hours. After the installation, you will make your final payment and enjoy your remodeled space!
We ask that you must be on site to approve the finalized project.
