02. Stone Selection & Material Sourcing
Material selection is handled with precision and access. You can visit the showroom to compare quartz options side by side or work with trusted suppliers to secure the exact natural stone slab.
Every material is chosen with the final application and visual impact in mind, especially for statement elements like waterfall islands and full-height surfaces.
03. Approval & Order Finalization
Once the material is selected, all specifications are finalized before production begins. Edge profiles, thickness, sink configurations, cutouts, and layout direction are clearly defined and documented. A 50 percent deposit secures the project and moves it into fabrication.
04. Precision Templating & Final Measurements
After cabinetry installation, final measurements are taken using digital templating technology. All critical elements are accounted for, including alignment with cabinetry, fixture placements, seam positioning, and overhang allowances.
05. Fabrication & Quality Contro
Each slab enters fabrication under strict quality standards. Advanced machinery is used for cutting and shaping, followed by detailed hand-finishing by experienced technicians.
Edges are polished to specification, seams are prepared for tight joins, and mitered work is executed for seamless transitions. Every piece is inspected before installation is scheduled, typically within ten business days.
06. Installation & Final Walkthrough
Installation is carried out by trained crews focused on precision and finish quality. Surfaces are carefully placed, leveled, and secured to ensure long-term durability. A final walkthrough confirms that all expectations are met before project completion and final payment.
